To love New York City, one must embrace all the quirks that come along with it. 

Having been an active member of the real estate community for 7-years, Michael knows first-hand that the housing market here is truly like no other. How it can be a gritty, archaic, and downright goofy labyrinth. But also, how wonderful of a livelihood it can spur for people when the situation is examined and handled properly.

What makes Michael special is his experience having sat on all sides of the closing table throughout his eclectic real estate resume. As a commercial broker at Marcus & Millichap, he helped landlords’ & owners underwrite, add value, and trade their most prized assets. From there, he went on to lead the marketing and advertising sales team at The Real Deal Media, known to most as “the bible” of all thing’s real estate. From top-tier developers to the architects who design the skyline, he fostered intimate relationships with all the different shareholders involved in the marketplace. He then went on to join one of his most successful clients, City5 Consulting, where he ran the business development efforts for their DHCR and Affordable Housing solutions. Here, he learned the complex relationship that New York’s building owners and developers maintain with the cities various government programs to assure that New York remains inclusive and proud.

Now at his current helm, Michael joined the residential brokerage community during 2020’s Pandemic Market. He saw the seismic shift and the opportunity that inevitably comes from chaos – as the city was restructured, he came to realize that his favorite part of the industry was the people who work within it. That the best way to service this city is to help its denizens navigate it. And so he is able to couple his hands-on education with his natural love for communication.

Born and raised in Long Island, Michael received his BSBA in Marketing and Economics, graduating Cum Laude from the University of Miami. He lives in SoHo, does yoga five times a week, and can be found at Madison Square Garden whenever the Knicks are in town.
