William Yau's Profile

William was born and raised in New Jersey. He's an alumnus of Rutgers with a degree in communications. He moved to New York to pursue a career in advertising and media, where he worked with some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the financial, travel, retail, and e-commerce industries, negotiating multi-million dollar media investments on their behalf. 

After purchasing his first real estate investment property, William found that he had developed a passion for the industry. His first-hand experience with the process of purchasing and renting in NYC gave William a strong knowledge of the complexities and rewards that come with finding a new home. He uses this knowledge to assist his clients who are looking for a new home. Willam values serving his clients and building long-term relationships.  He is knowledgeable in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens in co-op, condo, single and multi-family homes.  

During his leisure time, William enjoys sports and traveling. He also has an interest in researching and playing with the latest tech gadgets and smart devices, along with exploring new restaurants and going to the movies with his wife, newborn son, and friends.
