As Elegran's chief People person, Yelena recruits the best and brightest talent in residential real estate as well as ensures that agents and company staff flourish. In her role as Director of People Operations, Yelena  serves as the standard-bearer for Elegran's pillars of humanity, inclusivity and collaboration.

As the lead in all company recruitment and hiring, Yelena leads proactive recruitment of both new and established agents seeking freedom of time, growth, team support and an inspiring and compassionate culture. 

Yelena's vast experience in business, consulting and public relations coupled with inherent interpersonal skills and meticulous nature serves her well in her position. She is responsible for setting and overseeing the execution of the business's overall People strategy and serving as Elegran's leader in organizational culture and operations.

Yelena's passion for the arts has led to her involvement with numerous non-profit art and cultural organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Advisers of The Museum of International Art in Jersey City, and volunteers with organizations focused on educational and cultural activities. She completed a Masters Degree in Art Business from Sotheby's Institute of Art and holds a BBA in Operations Management from Baruch College.

Born in Kyiv, Ukraine, Yelena grew up in Brooklyn and still happily resides there. She loves art, food, travel and people, therefore can be found at a multitude of events throughout New York City and beyond.
