Originally from Paris, Val Loxhaj moved to New York City ten years ago and currently lives in Long Island City. Prior to Elegran, Val was a real estate agent at Anchor as well as a French teacher for different programs in New York City. Her inspiration and drive for real estate comes from her love of meeting new people, hearing their stories, and wanting to help them find their dream home.

When she’s not helping her clients find their new home, Val is discovering New York City through the eyes of her 5 year old daughter. She also enjoys yoga and meditation. Her personality and her listening skills are what make her a great real estate agent. With every client, she is dedicated to really understanding their requests and demands so that she can come as close as possible to their perfect home.
