Prior to joining Elegran, Patrick Clark led the origination efforts and capitalization strategy for various real estate opportunities in the US, leveraging a relationship base ranging across real estate development, management and hospitality groups and institutional investors.
A graduate with a B.A in Arts and a minor in Chinese and language studies from Villanova, his additional academic tenures included studies at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Entrepreneur Program with a concentration in real estate. After university, Patrick worked as a trader on the New York Stock Exchange for Bear Wagner Specialists for 10 years. His client list includes celebrities, athletes, ultra high net worth individuals and members of government. Has been a contributor to Fox Business Network for market analysis.
Patrick grew up along the Jersey Shore and spends his time between there, New York City, Montauk and the Hamptons. Patrick played baseball at Villanova University and was a Big East Academic All- American as well as an avid fly fisherman. In his spare time he coaches little league baseball and plays golf with family whenever he can. He is a member of American Ireland Fund NYC and a new member of Project Healing Waters which takes US veterans and their families fishing.
