When it comes to finding clients the perfect home, or selling their existing home for the highest price possible, Nikita’s approach is to first and foremost listen.  Nikita is personable, direct, honest, and most importantly, attentive. He believes that rather than push an agenda or try to sell something for the sake of selling, it is essential to understand exactly what it is his clients are looking to accomplish, even if it takes longer to close the deal.  This, combined with his data driven process, is how he builds life-long relationships, and has established a significant book of business. 

Nikita was born in Paris and moved to Long Island when he was four years old.  He attended the University of Albany, where he studied International Relations and Political Science and was the captain of the ice hockey team.  His real estate career began in 2016 in Saratoga, NY, where he worked during his last year of college.  He did this in order to gain an understanding of the market, and how things worked prior to moving back downstate.  He then spent 11 months working for a boutique brokerage in Manhattan, where he closed 5 sales deals, including an exclusive penthouse listing, all within his first 6 months of working in the city.  

Nikita is an avid traveler, snowboarder, and hiker.  He is also an active real estate investor himself, furthering his ability to understand the needs of his clients. 

Nikita is bilingual in English and French, as well as conversant in Russian.
