A veteran of the hospitality industry, Katherine Munoz has the gift of experiencing day to day life in an environment working with a spectrum of people and opportunities to learn and understand a variety of cultures. Working in hotels allowed her to meet amazing people, both her colleagues as well as the guests she took care of.

Honed during her years working in the hospitality industry, Katherine’s communication skills are her most valued asset as she believes communication is key in every relationship. Katherine loves the sense of satisfaction after she has advised a client in finding the perfect place they can call home. 

Her approach to finding people the right home is listening. Katherine actively listens to her clients’ needs and wants and guides them with her knowledge of what is feasible based on the market.

A native New Yorker; fluent in Spanish, born and raised in Harlem, Katherine went to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis High School in Times Square and City College of Technology in Brooklyn.

Outside of real estate, Katherine enjoys going for walks and finding hidden gems in the City. Whether it is finding a new restaurant and trying a new plate or attending a new exhibit. She currently divides her time between New York, New Jersey and Florida.
