Evita has always been curious about people's homes. Walking down the streets of NYC she would wonder, gazing up at all the different buildings, “Who are the people who live there, and what are their stories?” She takes enormous pride in being a part of the real estate industry and helping New Yorkers navigate the often convoluted path to their dream home.

Evita’s clients can expect her to walk them through the process, from A-Z, preparing them for what to expect. Buying or renting an apartment in NYC can be very daunting and stressful and her role is to absorb that stress and serve as her clients’ advisor and friend in whom they can trust. She is patient and genuinely wants the best for her clients, and is willing to put in an effort and time until they find the home they truly love.

Originally from Latvia, Evita moved to New York to study corporate communications at Baruch College. Prior to her career in real estate she worked in pr, finance, fashion and a tech startup. Evita has lived in several different neighborhoods in the city, with her all-time favorite being Tribeca. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going on hikes, or nice long walks throughout the City.
