Erica earned her bachelor's degree at Macaulay Honors College at the City University of New York, where she studied Political Science, English, and French Literature. As a rising talent in the housing industry, Erica relies on her strong academic background, business development skills, and multicultural viewpoint to offer a rewarding customer journey that culminates in real estate success.

More importantly, as the only fluent English speaker in her family, Erica has a deep understanding of how language barriers can easily derail the customer journey. This resonated with her on a personal level when her family's "inescapable foreignness" posed a challenge to their own home purchase. From that day on, Erica made it her mission to help others who faced similar challenges, no matter what languages they spoke or where they came from. Today, she is yet inspired by the opportunity to bring about positive change in NYC's dynamic real estate market and beyond.
When she's not busy with clients, Erica's hobbies include live stand-up comedy, boxing, and ballroom dancing. She also enjoys solo travel and connecting with people from different cultures, absorbing from them, and sharing a laugh whenever possible.
