As a child visiting her grandparents in New York, Denise dreamed of one day calling New York City home. After an “I Love NYC” Bat Mitzvah and numerous summers spent heading in and out of Grand Central Terminal, Denise made her dream into reality immediately after graduating college. 

Now, seeing New York City through her clients’ eyes allows her to fall in love with it all over again. As they explore a variety of neighborhoods, the uniqueness of each one does not go unnoticed and watching her clients discover the city as they search for their dream homes is a treasure that can’t be matched. 

Prior to her current role as a Real Estate Advisor on the Lawrence Team at Elegran Forbes Global Properties, Denise spent 5 years in the music industry and worked across record labels, management firms and talent agencies. This experience honed her people skills and strengthened her work ethic. It also equipped her to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

For Denise, her natural ability to nurture friendships and business relationships has been key to her success. As a highly-organized people person, Denise prides herself on her honesty and dedication to aligning herself with her clients' goals. She also strives to foster relationships between her clients and the property management teams for a positive tenancy experience for all parties.

Raised in Potomac, Maryland, Denise makes her home in Battery Park City where she runs  Moishe House Lower Manhattan, a community hub for young professionals. She attended Brandeis University, and received a BA in Music with a minor in Mathematics. In her spare time, you can find her arranging music for her all-women a cappella group, rock climbing, cooking, traveling, enjoying live music, and trying the best gluten-free food New York has to offer.
