30-year veteran of the NYC real estate market, Deborah has the benefit of experience in successfully advising her clients through various phases of the residential market cycle.

A native New Yorker, Deborah knows the City intimately and has a comprehensive understanding of its buildings, co-op boards and how to present a potential shareholder in their best light. She will  relentlessly pursue  financing for complicated properties as well as for her individual clients who might have difficulty obtaining a loan. 

Deborah begins every relationship with listening and getting to know her clients, which is a joy for her as a naturally social person who enjoys working with and meeting new people. She will not hesitate to pick up the phone for her clients and tap into her network of professional contacts to do whatever she can to support  their long term goals.

After attending college in Boston, Deborah returned to New York City and resides in Murray Hill. In her spare time she enjoys classical music along with her favorite sport of restaurant hunting.
